Give St John's Wort a try!

Decades ago, I was having trouble with depression. I tried a number of prescription antidepression medications but all had unwelcome side effects and most weren't very effective. Eventually, my doc suggested St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum). I have used St John's Wort successfully since. It provides relief from depression and the things that come with it (like compulsive eating).

Recently the brand I used became unavailable. I tried a number of other brands before discovering Pure Mountain Botanicals. Pure Mountain Botanicals St John's Wort consistently produces results I look for. It is definitely superior quality product. I highly recommend it to anyone with mild depression, chronic or situational. (BTW, I'm an accountant, not a doctor; this is not medical advice, just advice based on my own experience.)

Very happy with this product. It works very well for me so far ( 3 months approx). I like that there are no fillers added. I have definitely noticed a difference in my mood swings and depression. Fast shipping and good packaging.

Best I have used

Over the past 20 plus years, I have used so many different St. John’s Wort products, from tinctures to capsules, and have found that for me capsules are the most effective. Of the capsules I have used, Mountain Botanicals SJW has provided the most consistent relief for mild to moderate depression and anxiety. I used to spend a lot more money on a German high spectrum product but that product cannot even compare to this one. I got relief by the third week of daily usage, which is about 1/2 the time of other brands. I know this my specific personal experience so results may vary but give it a try.
