Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx or the US Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Rates -
Free Shipping on all orders over $35.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $35 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders that qualify for free shipping are typically shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS which we select based on package size, destination and price.
Estimated business days to delivery: 5-7 days.
Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $35
We offer flat-rate $4.99 Shipping on all orders under $35 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped by our choice of FedEx, USPS, First Class Mail, or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping but we do expect that it will be offered in the future.
Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is based on the weight of the order and the destination. Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.

We support the men and women of the US Military.
International
We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Often if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor, friend or family member received the package and forgot to tell them.
Unclaimed Packages
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 20% restocking fee

Hi there - My name is Rob - that is me up above with my wife, Shelley, and our three children. Shelley and I started Pure Mountain Botanicals back in 2013 and we continue to serve the health community to this day.
