Since getting into the world of intermittent fasting a couple years ago I replaced regular table salt with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. Doing so dropped my iodine intake to near zero. Recently viewing some health studies and Dr.Berg's content about Iodine, I had no idea it has antimicrobial, anitbacterial, antiparasitic and antiviral properties. More importantly iodine concentrates in the CFS (cerebrospinal fluid) and brain which if deficienct in iodine could affect learning ability, IQ and general intelligence of growing babies and children and more. This product, to my surprise, is actually great tasting. The quantity per price is phenomenal. Its only been 2-3wks but I have noticed some relief from brain fog since taking this. I'm sure more benefits are to come as I bring my iodine levels up to normal. Great product, great price, fast delivery! I will keep buying!
